It features an 18-inch precision-series 416R stainless steel barrel with three-groove polygonal rifling and a 1:9.73 twist rate, optimized for heavy .308 Winchester projectiles. This configuration is distinguished by the M89HA Drivelock handguard, which integrates a full-length ARCA rail directly into the bottom of the rail system for rock-solid tripod mounting. Like all MK10 V2 series rifles, it is built on an SR25-pattern receiver set with fully ambidextrous controls, including a billet steel Quick Ambi Selector and an Ambi Bolt Release. To ensure a consistent, professional-grade firing experience, it includes a tuned rifle-length gas system, an H2 buffer on a 9-position tube, and the Liberty 2-Stage Trigger with a crisp 4.5 lb break.
