Springfield Armory’s 1911-A1 Range Officer Elite Champion has the same frame size as the Range Officer but with a 4\" barrel rather than the GI 5\" barrel. The Range Officer Elite Champion also features a memory bump on the beavertail grip safety that allows the shooter to easily get the same grip each time, tactical ledge rear sight and fiber optic front sight to help get a quicker sight picture. The Range Officer Elite Champion also comes with the Black-T finish on the slide to protect against corrosion. The Elite Champion is smaller and lighter but with the same capacity as the Range Officer which makes the Elite Champion a great conceal carry gun with a tough finish.

About Springfield Armory

In 1777, just after the start of the American Revolution George Washington established the United States' first armory in Springfield, Massachusetts.
