The Springfield Armory Model 2020 Waypoint .300 PRC Carbon Fiber brings premium, custom-grade accuracy and high-tech lightweight mobility to backcountry big-game hunters. Built upon a rugged long-action stainless steel receiver that utilizes wire EDM raceways and a spiral-fluted tool steel bolt, this rifle guarantees exceptionally fluid cycling and secure case extraction in punishing field conditions. The cornerstone of this variant is its cutting-edge 24-inch roll-wrapped carbon fiber barrel sleeve, which slashes weight over heavy steel profiles while maintaining target-grade stiffness and thermal cooling. Recoil mitigation is expertly handled by a highly efficient, removable SA Radial Brake, while the entire assembly is securely embedded in a premium AG Composites 100% carbon fiber stock accented in Evergreen Camo. Backed by a stringent factory-guaranteed 0.75-MOA accuracy promise, this sophisticated hunting machine comes completed out of the box with an externally adjustable TriggerTech Field trigger, an integrated long-action Picatinny optic base, and a custom padded soft storage case.
