The dedicated 9mm upper and lower receivers are precision-forged from 7075-T6 aluminum and matched using the integrated Accu-Tite™ tension system to eliminate slop. Up front, its 8.5-inch chrome moly vanadium barrel is treated with a corrosion-resistant Melonite® finish and capped with an innovative SA Muzzle Drum forward-blast diverter designed to punch sound and high-pressure concussions cleanly away from the operator. Outfitted for seamless customization, the STV98509B layout introduces a free-floating aluminum M-LOK® handguard alongside premium B5 Systems polymer enhancements and a 45-degree short-throw ambidextrous safety selector.
