SureFire's M600IB is considered to be one of the smartest Scout Lights in the series. It utilizes SureFire's own IntelliBeam technology to automatically adjust the beam between 100 and 600 lumens based on your range to the target. Thanks to the integrated microprocessor, it can make these adjustments faster than the human eye and will produce the best illumination for the distance. In addition, the M600IB comes equipped with a textured parabolic reflector for a flawlessly smooth and focused beam with ample peripheral light and a bright center spot. The M600IB also has a Z68 tail-cap push-button switch that has three modes: momentary-on, constant-on, and SureFire's proprietary lockout mode. Momentary-on activates the light for as long as the switch is held down. Constant-on is activated with one push of the switch and will remain active until switched off. Lockout mode completely disables the system to prevent accidental activation and allows for safe storage and transportation.
