This heavy-duty sidearm hold six round of the powerful .44 Magnum, a cartridge with a reputation for extreme stopping power. To ensure superior accuracy, the M44 features a fully adjustable rear sight as well as a hand fitted action which delivers a smooth trigger pull with a crisp break. The 4-inch barrel is equipped with 4 integrated ports at the muzzle to redirect expanding gasses upwards to alleviate recoil and speed up follow up shots. The barrel also sports an under-lug to promote greater balance, and reduce recoil even further. Other features of the M44 include ergonomic black rubber grips for a comfortable shooting experience, and the TSS (Taurus Security System) completely disables the gun with the turn of a key to prevent misuse.
