TenPoint delviers one of the fastest, most accurate crossbows on the market with the TX 440. The foundation of the TX 440’s accuracy is its Twin Riser Technology. When compared to traditional riser designs, the Twin Riser Technology is 18% lighter and twice as stiff. The symmetrical top and bottom plates reduce riser flex by 70% to generate a more consistent arrow flight path. The Twin Riser Technology is perfectly matched by the TX 440’s Zero Trac Barrel – a rail-less design that both reduces weight and promotes straighter knock travel and downrange accuracy. This is thanks to the guide lock arrow rest system that utilizes 3 points of contact to fully capture the arrow composed of 2 spring loaded ball bearings and a top mounted arrow brush. Accuracy is further enhanced by the custom-built TriggerTech Precision Trigger that features a clean, crisp “break like glass” feeling to improve accuracy and precision. The TriggerTech trigger also features a dry-fire preventer that acts as a second safety by blocking the trigger from firing unless a knock is seated properly.

The TX 440 is cocked using the ACU Slide MAXX, allowing the crossbow to be drawn silently and smoothly while the auto-brake gear system allows the crossbow to be un-cocked without the potential of loosing control. Furthermore, the TX 440 comes standard with either a Garmin XERO X1 scope, a Burris Oracle scope, or a EVO-X Elite scope.
