The CA428-C-600757 RMR and SRO mount with integrated night sights allows lower 1/3 co-witness of the front post — the correct co-witness height relationship that gives the shooter both the RMR or SRO red dot aiming point and the front night sight post visible in the lower third of the optical window for a reliable backup iron sight solution that is always in the sight picture when needed. The RMR Mount CA428-C-600757 installation requires slide machining by a professional gunsmith — the correct approach that ensures the precise dimensional relationship between the mount, the slide, and the front sight that reliable zero retention and correct sight-picture geometry demand.
