The Trijicon RMR Type 2 3.25 MOA takes everything that made the original RMR the benchmark for pistol-mounted red dots and refines it with improved controls, better battery life, and the same legendary housing geometry that absorbs impacts and diverts stress away from the lens. The Type 2 adjustable LED configuration gives shooters eight manual brightness settings, along with an auto-adjust mode that reads ambient light and sets the appropriate brightness automatically - keeping the dot visible and properly sized across every lighting condition, from bright sun to low-light indoor environments.
The Trijicon RMR Type 2 RM06 plus and minus buttons on either side of the unit allow quick brightness adjustments with audible clicks that confirm each step without requiring the shooter to look away from the sight. Pressing both buttons simultaneously switches to auto-adjust mode. Holding both buttons for three seconds powers the unit off to preserve battery life when the pistol is being stored. The CR2032 battery provides the power to drive the LED efficiently during extended use.
The RM06-C-700780 coyote brown finish gives FDE pistol and carbine builds a color-matched red dot that completes the earth-tone aesthetic while delivering the full Type 2 RMR performance underneath.

With eight available brightness settings, the reticle can be manually adjusted by pressing the plus or minus buttons on either side of the unit. To switch to auto-adjust mode simply press both buttons simultaneously and release. To save battery life, turn the optic off by pressing both buttons simultaneously and holding for 3 seconds.
