After considerable diligence on a number of fine scopes I chose the Zeiss Victory HT 1.1-4x24 for my heavy caliber African dangerous game rifle. It was well suited for my hunting preferences - close to medium range distances (75 yards and less). Pleased with the results, I recently purchased a second scope for my medium caliber large African antelope rifle. I expect similar success albeit slightly greater distances. I appreciate the sharp/crisp visual clarity this scope delivers at dawn/dusk and the center point of the #60 reticle which can be illuminated; its intensity is fully adjustable.
