Upgrade your daytime optic with the Krypton 2 FXQ35 Thermal Clip-On by Pulsar. The benefits of using a thermal clip-on device on a daytime optic include longer eye relief, a conventional reticle shape, and quick conversion from regular to thermal viewing.

The Krypton 2 itself comes standard with a high-performance 384x288 @ 17 µm (NETD <25 mK) thermal imaging sensor that can detect man-sized sources of heat at ranges up to 1300 meters (1421 yards) away. These heat signatures are projected on a 1920x1080 HD AMOLED display to provide imaging that is exceptionally crisp and highly contrasted. Heat sources are viewable in 8 distinct color palettes – white hot, black hot, red hot, rainbow, ultramarine, red monochrome, sepia, and violet. White Hot, Black Hot and Red Hot are optimal for object detection, Rainbow and Ultramarine help increase chances for recognition & identification. Red Monochrome, Sepia and Violet are most suitable for long observation in the night. This allows the user to optimize the Krypton 2 for specific tasks as well as react to changing observation conditions. The Krypton 2 attaches to the host-optic by an adapter and four-point bayonet. The bayonet coupling offers a highly reliable and easy to use attachment method, and can be removed from one adapter and installed on another with no need for special tools. This allows multiple daytime optics to be quickly and easily converted into a thermal imager. This attachment method also ensures precise screen positioning and perfect alignment for maximum viewing comfort.

Other features of the Krypton 2 include a high recoil rating, capable of withstanding heavy-hitting cartridges such as 9.3х64, .30-06, .300 Win Mag and .375 H&H. The Krypton 2 also features 3 levels of sensitivity amplification, which utilizes a series of software filtration algorithms to improve brightness, contrast and offer the hunter opportunities for long-range observation in diverse weather and temperature conditions. In addition, the Krypton 2 features Stream Vision 2 WiFi integration for streaming to Android and iOS devices, integrated 16 GB of memory for image and video recording, and 8 hours of runtime.
