I do not have much knowledge when it comes to commercial brand thermal optic. However, I spent some time in the military and watched the NV/Thermal technology evolve with weapon sights and long range surveillance equipment over a 15 year period thanks to the GWOT. With that said, I knew coming into this that anything I could afford in 2022 would probably be equivalent to the equipment I used 10 or so years ago in the military. It really all comes down to cost and application. I purchased the scope with the help of the Eurooptics sales team. Trying to chose between so many different brands and models made my head spin. No one in a 300 mile radius of me carries thermals the cost over $2500 in their stores. The ones I looked through that were available were grainy and lacked detail. I had a price range and a a standard of what I wanted. I needed something that allows me to PID hogs and coyotes and doesn’t look like a white blob past 100 yard without breaking the bank. I was easily able to PID a deer standing amongst my calves at 432yds. Hope my review helps.

Been looking for a thermal scope for awhile and was waiting to see what Xmas deals would come put. This was a $6000.00 scope and one thermal scope of the year in 2021. BAE PROCESSOR which is what Trijicon uses. Super clear images and the price. For a quality 640x480 scope and pay $3300.00 can't beat that

We ended up with two of these scopes. They are 100% awesome scopes. It is amazing how far you can see and how clear they are. We spotted a mouse running on a limb at 240 yards! My 11 and 14 year old figured out how to run these with ease. They made the following season recap completely on their own. They ran the scopes and edited the entire thing. Most of these shots are being made at 225 to 300 yards.

This scope is amazing! It can pick up a tiny bird at 100 yards no problem. This is my favorite optic by far!! Worth the money

Amazing scope for the price. First 3 nights of hunting harvested 13 coyotes. First couple of sets were unsuccessful because the images were so clear I thought the animals were closer then they appeared. After I figured out distances coyotes were dropping. Running coyotes are not a problem with this scope. Buy an extra battery because hunting below freezing temps battery life shortens and by carrying a second battery I was able to hunt 12 hours.

Read a lot of great reviews on this thermal scope. Couldn't pass up the great deal from EuroOptic. Haven't hunted with it yet but took it out to the area where we hunt and became acquainted with the scope. I am very impressed with it's clarity and ease of use. I am looking forward to hog/coyote hunting this spring Nd summer with this scope.
I had no issues with the purchasing process from EuroOptic. It was very smooth and had the scope within three days.

Nice product but should include another battery for the price of the unit . Seems to eat through batteries pretty quickly.
