For applications involving moonless/starless nights or in environments of extreme darkness, the Neith DS is outfitted with an integrated long-range IR illuminator to provide a light source beyond the visible spectrum and allow the user to operate undetected. The Neith DS can also be used in the daytime with full color clarity.
