ATN's ThOR 5 1280 LRF XD series of thermal riflescopes deliver next generation thermal imaging performance with the feel a traditional daytime optic. The ThOR 5 1280 LRF XD is available in 2-20x, 3-30x, 4-40x configurations, each of which is outfitted with a ultra-sensitive Gen 5 thermal detector. This allows the 2-20x version to detect heat signatures from 2150 meters away, the 3-30x version from 3200 meters away, and the 4-40x version from 4000 meters away. The ThOR 5 1280 LRF XD attaches to the host weapon using industry standard 30mm rings, allowing the ThOR 5 1280 XD to be used on virtually any platform and allows the user to tap into the vast market of ring and mount options. The ThOR 5 1280 LRF XD is video capable, and uses recoil activated recording to provide video 10 second before and 5 seconds after the shot is taken. The ThOR 5 LRF 1280 comes standard with an integrated laser rangefinder, and features a ballistic calculator to accommodate bullet drop at extended ranges. Additionally, the ThOR 5 1280 XD is compatible with compatible with ATN's Reticle Editor, allowing the user to create custom reticles to meet individual requirements for certain platforms and cartridges.
