The Nanoweapon coated Reliability Enhanced BCG is the component that sets the Super Duty MOD1 apart from standard AR builds. The gas key is properly staked, torqued, and chrome-lined. The cam pin is machined from H13 tool steel and coated with Nanoweapon for corrosion and wear resistance. Extended upper rails improve feeding reliability. The Stressproof Bolt is precision-machined from Carpenter 158+ bar stock, a cleaner material with fewer impurities that offers greater strength and fatigue resistance than standard bolt steel.

The two-stage SSA-E X Lightning Bow trigger delivers a smooth, lightweight first-stage take-up and a crisp second-stage break — the balance between a classic M4 trigger and a flat body design that serious shooters appreciate immediately. The Geissele Super Duty 11.5 lower is machined from premium 7075-T6 aluminum with an Ultra Duty Lower Parts Kit, ambidextrous configurable safety, and Ultra Precision trigger guard.
