Geissele Super Duty 5.56mm NATO 11.5" Bbl DDC Pistol W/ BRACE 08-561S

Geissele Super Duty 11.5 Pistol 08-561S is what happens when Geissele takes its full-size Super Duty rifle and asks what gets cut to make it pistol-length without losing what made the platform good in the first place. Turns out: not much. The 11.5" barrel is cold hammer forged, chrome-lined, and cut to a 1:7 twist, running a carbine-length gas system through a Super Compact Gas Block that's set up to be genuinely bomb-proof — pinned, not just pressure-fit.

The Geissele Super Duty pistol carries the same Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group found across the line — Nanoweapon-coated, gas key properly staked and torqued, chrome-lined throughout. Inside it rides a Stressproof Bolt machined from Carpenter 158+ barstock, which is a step up from typical bolt steel in terms of cleanliness and fatigue resistance. None of that matters much on paper until you're a few thousand rounds in and the bolt hasn't started showing wear that a cheaper one would.

Up top, the two-stage SSA-E X® trigger with Lightning Bow® splits the difference between a classic M4 trigger and a flat-bow design — light takeup, then a break that's crisp without feeling twitchy. The Super Duty MOD1 lower is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with Geissele's Ultra Duty Lower Parts Kit, and a 10.5" MK16 rail mated tight to the upper leaves no play for rotation.
