The Geissele Super Duty MOD 1 5.56 NATO 14.5" 08-520B takes the original series and reworks the parts that matter most for reliability under hard use. It starts with a precision machined, cold hammer forged barrel finished in manganese phosphate with a chrome lining, capable of shrugging off heat and corrosion far better than a standard bore. An HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD 556 caps the muzzle end, suppressor-ready right out of the box.

At the heart of this Geissele Super Duty SBR is Geissele's own Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group - Nanoweapon coated, with a gas key that's properly staked, torqued, and chrome lined. A cam pin machined from H13 tool steel carries its own Nanoweapon coating for added corrosion and wear resistance, while extended upper rails add stability and help keep feeding consistent even when things get dirty. Inside, the Stressproof Bolt is precision machined from Carpenter 158+ barstock, a cleaner material that translates into real strength and fatigue resistance over years of use.

The two-stage SSA-E X Lightning Bow trigger splits the difference between a traditional M4 trigger and a flat-body design, giving a smooth, light first-stage take-up followed by a crisp break. The Super Duty Lower, machined from 7075-T6 aluminum, comes with Geissele's Ultra Duty Lower Parts Kit and ambidextrous configurable safety. Up front, an updated MK16 Super Modular Rail mates tightly to the upper to eliminate rotation, with plenty of room for optics or night vision. A B5 Systems Enhanced Sopmed Stock and Airborne Charging Handle finish out this Geissele Super Duty 14.5 Black build.
