The 14.5" Heavy Profile barrel is cold hammer forged, chrome-lined, and cut to a 1:7 twist, pinned and welded with a HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD to reach a legal 16" overall length. This Geissele Super Duty MOD1 runs a mid-length gas system through a Super Compact Gas Block with a .750" gas journal and .076" gas port, feeding a Nanoweapon®-coated Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group. Inside, a forged Stressproof Bolt machined from Carpenter 158+ barstock is built for the kind of round counts that would push a standard bolt toward failure.

The Geissele Super Duty 14.5 platform's SSA-E X® trigger with Lightning Bow® delivers a crisp, repeatable break, backed by an ambidextrous Super Configurable Safety, Maritime Bolt Catch, and checkered magazine release. A 13.5" MK16 rail with Geissele's Center Tab mating and stainless steel QD inserts keeps the front end rigid, and a B5 SOPMOD stock with A17 grip rounds out the ergonomics.
