Geissele Super Duty MOD1 5.56 NATO 16" HBAR DDC Rifle 08-625S takes the standard Super Duty platform and thickens the barrel where sustained fire actually matters, without touching the accuracy or reliability the line already delivers.

The 16" Heavy Profile barrel is cold hammer forged, chrome-lined, and cut to a 1:7 twist, running full length rather than pinned and welded like the shorter HBAR configurations. This Geissele Super Duty MOD1 16 build runs a Geissele-length gas system through a Super Compact Gas Block with a .750" gas journal and .076" gas port, feeding a Nanoweapon®-coated Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group. Inside, a forged Stressproof Bolt machined from Carpenter 158+ barstock is built for round counts that would push a standard bolt toward failure.

This Geissele Super Duty rifle's SSA-E X® trigger with Lightning Bow® delivers a crisp, repeatable break, backed by an ambidextrous Super Configurable Safety, Maritime Bolt Catch, and checkered magazine release. A 15" MK16 rail with Geissele's Center Tab mating and stainless steel QD inserts keeps the front end rigid, and a B5 SOPMOD stock with A17 grip rounds out the ergonomics.
