Geissele Super Duty MOD1 5.56 NATO 16" 1:7" CHF Bbl DDC Rifle 08-395S

The Geissele Super Duty MOD1 5.56 NATO 16" 08-395S rifle is an upgraded evolution of Geissele's popular Super Duty line, ready to shoot straight out of the case rather than assembled from separately sourced parts. The 16" barrel is precision machined and cold hammer forged from the highest quality steel, chrome lined for resistance to the elements, and topped with a HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD 556, suppressor-ready without needing a separate mount.

At the center of this Geissele Super Duty MOD1 build is Geissele's own Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group, Nanoweapon coated with a properly staked, torqued, chrome-lined gas key. The cam pin is machined from H13 tool steel and Nanoweapon coated too, and extended upper rails improve stability and feeding reliability. At the heart of the BCG sits the Stressproof Bolt, precision machined from Carpenter 158+ barstock, a cleaner material with fewer impurities that delivers real gains in strength and fatigue resistance over a standard bolt.

Trigger duty falls to the two-stage SSA-E X Lightning Bow, striking a balance between a classic M4 curved trigger and a flat-body design for a smooth, light first stage and a crisp second stage break. The Super Duty Lower is machined from premium 7075-T6 aluminum and built around Geissele's Ultra Duty Lower Parts Kit, complete with an ambidextrous configurable safety and Ultra Precision trigger guard. The updated MK16 Super Modular Rail mates to the upper receiver to eliminate any risk of rotation, running the full length of the receiver and fore-grip with room for irons, red dots, scopes, or clip-on thermal and night vision devices.

Finished in Geissele Super Duty 16 DDC and weighing approximately 7 lbs, this 5.56 NATO rifle is completed with a B5 Systems Enhanced SOPMOD stock and an Airborne Charging Handle, a genuinely finished platform rather than a parts kit.
