This Geissele Super Precision mount accessory features a three-slot 1.50" x 0.83" rail and places the accessory rail 1.23" above the centerline of the 34mm optic tube. That gives a level, 0 MOA mounting platform for reflex sights or other accessories, without altering the primary optic's zero - the main advantage a top-mount cap holds over an angled one, since the secondary sight sits in the same plane as the primary optic rather than offset to the side.
