Geissele Automatics Mounts & SOPMOD built its reputation on precision, and the Scope Ring & Mount lineup carries that reputation into optics work. These aren't general-purpose rings adapted to fit a rifle. Each optic mount is machined to a specific tube diameter, height, and application, and the fit shows it.
Machined, Not Assembled
Every Geissele scope mount in this range starts as billet aluminum, cut on the same equipment and to the same tolerances as Geissele's rifle components. Clamping surfaces are held tight enough that mounting and removing a scope doesn't reintroduce zero shift — the ring locates the tube, it doesn't just squeeze it. Three-lug and shear-pin designs carry recoil load through the mount body instead of the clamp bolts, which is the difference between a mount that holds and one that eventually walks.
Tube sizing runs 30mm, 34mm, 35mm, and 36mm, so a 30mm scope mount and a 34mm scope mount aren't the same part scaled up — each is cut to that tube's actual diameter. Centerline heights vary by model, from just over an inch up past 1.75", which is what lets a given optic clear a suppressor, a magazine, or an iron sight depending on what the build calls for.
Built Around the Platform
Most of the catalog is 0 MOA, flat and neutral for optics that do their own elevation work. A handful run 20 MOA, built for AR15 scope mount applications stretching magnified optics toward the outer edge of their turret travel before you'd otherwise run out of adjustment. Extended and hyper-extended variants push eye relief forward for LPVOs mounted well ahead of the receiver, while the shorter, high-power-oriented mounts sit tighter to the rail for optics that don't need the extra reach.
Scope Caps and Accessory Rails
Beyond the primary scope rings, the line includes diving-board and angled scope caps for mounting red dots or offset optics off the main scope tube, plus modular accessory rails for platforms like the HK 416. Finish across the catalog is either matte black hard-coat anodize or Geissele's proprietary DDC, both Type 3, so the finish holds up the same whether the rest of the build is black or desert tan.
Whatever the tube size or inclination, every mount here is cut to the same standard: once it's torqued down, the optic doesn't move again until you decide it should.
