Geissele Super Semi-Automatic Enhanced (SSA-E) Trigger 05-160

Geissele Super Semi-Automatic Enhanced (SSA-E) Trigger 05-160 is a finely-tuned semi-automatic-only version of Geissele's full-auto, two-stage combat trigger presently used in the U.S. Special Operations community. It's built on the chassis of the Geissele SSA, giving it the same robustness and reliability as that combat-proven trigger while adding a lighter, more precise pull suited to target and competition work.

The Geissele SSA E Trigger carries a 2.3 lb first-stage weight and a 1.2 lb second-stage weight, totaling roughly 3.5 lbs of overall pull. That reduction from the standard SSA's heavier pull weights is what gives the SSA-E its smooth, light first-stage take-up and a crisp, candy cane-like second-stage break. A lightened hammer paired with a full-power spring drops lock time from the mil-spec 8.5ms down to 5.1ms, while still reliably igniting hard military primers.

This Geissele AR trigger uses standard mil-spec .154" trigger and hammer pins, so it drops into any mil-spec stripped lower receiver without modification. It works in 5.56/.223 AR-15 rifles as well as .308 AR-10 pattern rifles, and it's non-adjustable by design — a fixed, repeatable pull rather than something a shooter has to dial in themselves.
