Tikka T3x Lite Roughtech Tan 6.5 Creedmoor 24.3" 5/8x24 Bbl Left Hand Rifle JRTXRT482 covers a popular cartridge in a left-hand action. Lefties who want a 6.5 Creedmoor hunting rifle do not have many factory choices, and this one is built for weather as much as accuracy. The barrel is 24.3 inches, fluted and blued, with a 1:8 twist that suits the heavier bullets this cartridge is known for.

The stock is tan with black webbing and a rough, textured surface that grips in rain, cold, or with gloves on. On the Tikka T3x Lite Roughtech, the pistol grip and forend are modular, so you can adjust the fit without touching the action. Recoil is mild for a 6.5 Creedmoor, but the rifle still has an enhanced recoil pad, a steel recoil lug, and a blued muzzle brake. The barrel is threaded 5/8x24, so a suppressor can go on instead.

Weight is around 7 lbs at 44.5 inches overall. The fluted bolt saves ounces, the oversized bolt handle works with gloves, and a metal shroud covers the back of the bolt and firing pin. The single-stage trigger adjusts from 2 to 4 lbs. A wider ejection port makes loading single rounds easy, and the detachable magazine holds three.

Any Tikka T3x Lite starts from a light, accurate base, and the Roughtech version adds toughness for bad weather. The T3x Lite Roughtech line handles glassing, stalking, and long shots the same way in a left-hand action. The integral 17mm rail is drilled and tapped for Weaver bases or Picatinny rail.
