The Trijicon ACOG scope TA11MGO-M249 green horseshoe dot reticle is calibrated specifically for M249 ballistics-not a rifle reticle adapted for machine gun use, but a purpose-built aiming solution that reflects the specific ballistic trajectory and engagement distances of the M249 SAW. The green horseshoe dot format provides the gunner with fast, instinctive target acquisition through the open horseshoe, alongside the precise center dot reference for accurate engagement at the distances that 3.5x magnification effectively covers in M249 applications.
