The ACOG scope TA11H-308G ACOG horseshoe reticle calibrated for 7.62 .308 caliber flattop rifles, provides accurate ranging and holdover references out to 1,200 meters for the specific trajectory of the .308 round - a purpose-built .308 ranging reticle rather than a 5.56 reticle adapted for a different cartridge. The green BAC horseshoe format gives .308 rifle operators fast, both-eyes-open, instinctive acquisition through the open horseshoe for close-range engagements, alongside the precise center-aiming reference for accurate shots at the extended distances that 1,200-meter calibrated ranging reflects. The cool green illumination provides natural visibility for shooters whose operational environments favor green over red.
The advanced combat optical gunsight TA11H-308G fiber-optic and tritium dual-illumination system provides daylight illumination automatically adjusted to ambient light and tritium-maintained reticle illumination at night, an always-on, battery-free system that the Trijicon ACOG platform is built around for reliable performance without battery management concerns.
