The Geissele MCX Super Charging Handle 05-635B was designed specifically for the SIG Sauer MCX platform from the start, rather than reworking a handle meant for something else. 

The ambidextrous design means it doesn't matter which hand you run — left or right-handed shooters get the same fast, natural manipulation without compensating for a handle built around the other side. Checkering across the handling surface keeps grip positive even with gloves on, which matters more than people expect once cold weather or sweat gets involved. The dual contoured levers borrow a page from the M14's charging handle geometry, with radius cuts on both axes that make the handle easier to find and grab under pressure instead of hunting around for a small, awkward latch.

One detail that stands out on short-barreled or suppressed MCX builds: the heightened rear lip. Suppressed and SBR configurations tend to push more gas back toward the shooter's face, and that raised lip helps redirect it away rather than leaving you squinting through a faceful of gas every time you cycle the action.
