The Geissele Super Charging handle is the line's flagship, 3D machined from a solid block of 7075-T6 aluminum with an aggressive, large profile built for maximum leverage. Dual-contoured, checkered levers keep grip solid even in gloves, and a heightened rear lip redirects gas away from the shooter rather than letting it vent straight back. Geissele SCH handles are available in both 5.56 and 7.62 caliber versions, in black or DDC, so the fit matches whatever platform and finish a build calls for.
There's also a dedicated MCX charging handle in the SCH family, purpose-built for SIG Sauer's MCX platform. It borrows its dual-radius lever contour from M14-style ergonomics, cut on both the x-axis and y-axis for tactile control under stress, and carries the same gas-mitigating rear lip and Type III hardcoat anodized finish as the rest of the SCH line.
Airborne Charging Handles (ACH)
Where the SCH goes big, the Geissele ACH goes low-profile. The Airborne charging handle was originally developed at the request of an elite airborne unit that needed a design resistant to snagging gear during aerial insertions, and that low-snag lever shape carries through today, now field-proven and adopted by USASOC. It's built from the same 7075-T6 aluminum and gets the same checkered grip surface and gas-mitigating rear fence as the SCH, just packaged into shorter, lower-profile levers.
Within this family sits the ACH charging handle's URG-I variant, weighing in at just 1.4 oz and compatible across AR15/M4/M16 as well as HK416/MR556 platforms. Like the rest of the Geissele Airborne lineup, it's available in black or DDC to match the rest of a build.
