Tikka T3x Lite Roughtech Tan .270 WSM 24 1/3" 1:10 Rifle JRTXRT340 is a fast, flat-shooting short magnum in a rifle that weighs under 7 lbs. The .270 WSM pushes a 130 grain bullet quickly, so the trajectory stays flat well past 300 yards. It fits a short action, which keeps the whole rifle compact at 44.5 inches overall. The 24.3 inch barrel is fluted and blued, and the 1:10 twist matches the bullet weights most hunters load.

The stock is Roughtech tan with black webbing. Its rough texture stays secure in rain, snow, and with gloves on, and the pistol grip and forend are modular, so you can fine-tune the fit. A short magnum kicks harder than a standard cartridge, so this Tikka T3x 270 WSM adds an enhanced recoil pad, a steel recoil lug, and a blued muzzle brake. The 5/8x24 threading is there if you want to use a suppressor instead.

Fluting on the bolt and barrel takes weight out of the places where you feel it most on a long walk. The Tikka T3x Lite Roughtech bolt has an oversized handle that works well in gloves, and a metal shroud covers the back of the bolt and firing pin. The single-stage trigger is adjustable, the ejection port is wide enough for easy single-round loading, and the detachable magazine holds three.

On top, the integral 17mm rail is drilled and tapped for Weaver bases or Picatinny rail. Every Tikka T3x Lite rifle is light and accurate, and the T3x Lite roughtech version adds the weather-ready stock and recoil hardware.
