The Trijicon IR Patrol M250 is the compact, versatile thermal monocular that law enforcement, military personnel, and serious hunters reach for when they need reliable thermal observation in a lightweight, rugged package that works across multiple mounting configurations. The IRMO-250 delivers genuine thermal capability in complete darkness, smoke, and other obscured environments - the conditions where thermal imaging offers advantages that night vision and visible-light optics simply cannot match.

The Trijicon thermal monocular M250 features a 640x480 uncooled VOx sensor with a 12-micron pitch, delivering crisp, detailed thermal imagery for fast target acquisition and reliable identification in zero-light conditions. The M250 thermal monocular 60 Hz frame rate enables efficient target tracking during movement. MAXPOL provides White Hot and Black Hot display modes with three brightness settings for each, and Edge Detect mode eliminates night-blindness risk by showing only the warm outlines of targets against a dark background.

The Trijicon IR Patrol M250 lightweight 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum construction makes it easy to carry and maneuver in the field for extended operations. The Wilcox Shoe interface enables direct compatibility with Wilcox helmet mounts for hands-free helmet-mounted operation when the situation demands it. The handheld thermal monocular configuration works equally well for scanning terrain, conducting surveillance, or observing an area before moving in.

The recessed thumbstick operates naturally in complete darkness and with gloves on. Image Capture saves up to 60 images for surveillance and reconnaissance documentation. Battery life reaches two hours at 60 Hz and nearly three hours at 30 Hz on a single CR123 battery. An optional second battery adapter is available separately for extended runtime.
