The Trijicon ACOG 3.5x35 TA11H is the red horseshoe BAC reticle configuration with Target Reference System calibrated for 5.56 .223 flattop rifles - delivering the Bindon Aiming Concept's instinctive both-eyes-open acquisition speed alongside the Target Reference System's additional ranging and target identification capability that gives the shooter more practical information at the distances that 3.5x magnification and 1,000-meter calibration cover effectively.
The ACOG horseshoe reticle TA11H red horseshoe and Target Reference System combination gives .223 flattop rifle shooters both the fast instinctive close-range acquisition that the BAC horseshoe design enables and the practical ranging references that the Target Reference System adds at medium and extended distances. The open red horseshoe draws the eye immediately to the aiming area for instinctive, both-eyes-open target acquisition at close range, while the center reference and Target Reference System elements provide the additional targeting information required for confident engagement at the 1,000-meter calibrated range.
The Trijicon TA11 H ranging reticle is calibrated specifically for 5.56 .223 caliber flattop rifle ballistics out to 1,000 meters - the correct holdover and ranging references for the .223 trajectory rather than a generic reticle requiring mental adjustment for the specific cartridge.
The Trijicon ACOG scope TA11H fiber optic and tritium dual illumination provides daytime illumination automatically adjusted to ambient light, and tritium illuminates the reticle at night without batteries.
