Tikka T3x Roughtech Cerca Rifles
If you already hunt in First Lite, this rifle will match your jacket. The Tikka T3x Roughtech Cerca Rifles take the familiar T3x Lite Roughtech and wrap it in First Lite's Cerca camo pattern. It's a good fit for timbered country and open plains, where a black stock tends to stand out. We carry it in three magnum calibers, all right-handed with 24-inch barrels.
What Makes the Cerca Different
Underneath the camo, it's a Tikka T3x Roughtech. The stock has the same rough, grippy texture that holds onto wet hands and gloves. The pistol grip is interchangeable, so you can swap in a more vertical one for shooting off a pack or tripod. Those grips are sold separately in our Tikka T3x parts and accessories.
The barrel is fluted and finished in black Cerakote, so it holds up to scratches and wet weather. It's threaded 5/8x24. Beretta's US description also mentions a thread protector and a muzzle brake in the box, but check the individual listing to confirm. The bolt is fluted too, with an oversized knob that's easy to grab in the cold. Each rifle holds 3+1 rounds.
Choosing a Caliber
All three calibers are magnums, built for bigger animals and longer shots.
The Tikka T3x Roughtech Cerca 6.5 PRC is the lightest-recoiling of the three. It shoots flat for antelope, deer and sheep. It has a 1:8 twist for heavy, high-BC bullets.
For elk and longer range, the Tikka T3x Roughtech Cerca 7mm Rem Mag carries more energy without a punishing kick. It's a 1:9 twist.
The Tikka T3x Roughtech Cerca .300 Win Mag is the hammer of the group, for elk, moose and anything big at distance. It has a 1:10 twist.
Other Roughtech and Camo Options
Want the same rifle in a solid color, or in more calibers? The T3x Lite Roughtech covers everything from 6mm Creedmoor to .300 Win Mag, including left-hand models. For a different camo approach, the T3x Lite Veil adds Cerakote over the whole barreled action in Wideland or Alpine. Or browse every Tikka T3x on our Tikka T3x rifles page.
