Accuracy International AXMC .243 Win 5/8x24 26" Sage Green Barrel 1026042GR

I use this barrel on my AXMC (300 win mag version) in sage green along with the AI .308 conversion bolt, AI magazine adaptor, and AI AX 308 magazines. The headspace was perfectly in spec, and accuracy is exceptional. The factory AINA barrels use Bartlein blanks which I believe are the best in the industry and they're finished for AI in very accurate tolerances. This barrel produces benchrest level accuracy and was extremely easy to develop accurate loads for. The 1:8 twist rate has allowed it to stabilize both Berger 6mm 105gr Hybrid bullets as well as DTAC 115gr bullets but still shoot perfectly well with the lighter varmint loads I've used as well. I'm currently at 1200 rounds on the barrel with minimal throat growth and no signs of the barrel slowing down or accuracy falling off. Beyond the excellent performance of the barrel and great sales service provided by Euro Optic my absolute favorite aspect of this barrel is that it was on my doorstep the next day and I was shooting a different caliber in my rifle without gunsmith wait times and sending my rifle off.
