Beretta combines tradition and innovation with the 92Xi. It offers many of the renowned features found on the other handguns in the 92 family including a familiar manual of arms, superb ergonomics, and great shooting comfort, but features a wide array of performance enhancing upgrades. One of the most prominent improvements is a Single-Action-Only Xtreme-S Trigger. This trigger is flat-faced, and all of the parts are coated with a DLC finish, resulting in an improved purchase on the trigger, a shorter pull, and a quick reset – all of which greatly enhances accuracy and performance. Another notable upgrade of the 92Xi is a frame-mounted safety similar to the one found on the 92X Performance. The frame safety is ambidextrous, and allows the 92Xi to be carried “Cocked and Locked”. The Beretta 92Xi is suppressor ready thanks to a threaded barrel, and features an optics cut that uses the standard mounting plates as the 92X Performance. The sights are suppressor height, and are perfect for co-witnessing with a mounted optic.
