This is hands down the finest production rifle I've shot. I've installed it into an MDT chassis, added a tiny bit of weight to balance it (it's already pretty beefy, but in the chassis needs a touch of back weight), and strapped on a mighty fine long range optic. Long story short: It outshoots custom, bespoke rigs. It's as smooth as a custom rig, and much smoother than any other factory action I've used. Rock solid, high quality finishing, this rifle is an absolute steal even if (like me) you discard the stock. The trigger is a triggertech but it's the basic one, so you'll likely want to invest in a diamond - but shoot it first; I found the trigger to be extremely usable for long range precision, and more than adequate for a hunting rifle. Speaking of, for hunting purposes, this is the most accurate production rifle you'll find, at the best price, but... it's a heavy beast. Especially with the heavy barrel profile, it's a tank. For hunting, look for the lighter barrel profiles, or one of their hunting-specific premiers that has the thinner barrel profile or even save a few bucks and get the B14. There's even a CF model but I'd stay away from CF barrels - they tend to walk when they heat up. Real annoying. Anyway, for the best value profile, look for a Bergara premier.
