Crimson Trace’s CT RAD (Rapid Aiming Dot) Micro is an ideal optic for compact/sub compact handguns, and promotes fast, intuitive target acquisition. The housing is constructed using 7075 Series Aerospace Aluminum, making the optic 30% stronger when compared to the industry standard 6061 Series Aluminum. The CT RAD Micro’s durability is enhanced even further thanks to an innovative top strap design the deflects force in the event the optic is dropped, and a recessed window helps prevent damage to the lens. One of the CT RAD Micro’s more notable features is the advanced CT RADIANT Sensor, which automatically adjusts the reticle’s brightness based on ambient light to adapt changing lighting conditions. Other features of the CT RAD Micro include a massive field of view for enhanced situational awareness, as well as an integrated rear sight cut for co-witnessing with the host weapon’s front sight. In addition, the CT RAD Micro features a CT micro Footprint that fits most compact optics ready handguns, and is compatible with JPoint and Shield RMS Footprints.
