Holosun HE508T-RD-X2 Titanium Multi-Reticle Circle Dot Open Reflex Sight w/ Solar Failsafe and Shake Awake - HE508T-RD-X2

This optic is simply awesome. The titanium housing is very well made with an excellent tough finish. The glass has minimal warping and light tinting unlike it’s trijicon competitor and costs far less than it as well. The solar brightness auto adjustment works perfectly for me and the large 32 moa ring helps me find the dot much faster, if you are considering this model or it’s trijicon counterpart id steer towards this option, the reticle clarity, adjustability and ease of use blow everything out of the water at a crazy good price point, you don’t even have to remove the optic to change the battery due to the forward thinking side door design, in my mind the Holosun optic is leagues ahead of its competitors at a very modest price, there are no downsides

Very impressed! I have been a loyal Trijicon owner and really did not want to like the 508T. Solid performer at a good price, could not be happier.

The body is strong Lense is not as good as my RMR rm06 type 2 The battery type is not very common and locally it 3$ more than a 2032 The solar isnt like any other holosun solar options, It will not work without a battery and the auto adjust is bad. Always turn auto adjust off and set the brightness to daylight, when you use your flashlight at night it should be about the same. The elevation range is poor, I have this mounted on top of my PA GLX 2.5-10 and I need a spacer for it to clear the top turret. That just makes the elevation range even worse, If I can get the rmr screws out of my roland special its going on top of my SPR.
