Description

Holosun's HE507COMP is a compact reflex sight that excels at competitive pistol applications. It comes equipped with Holosun's exclusive Competitive Reticle System composed of four reticles: a 2 MOA dot, an 8 MOA circle, a 20 MOA circle, and a 32 MOA circle. The user can select multiple reticle configurations to meet individual needs and preferences. The Competitive Reticle System is projected onto a massive 1.1" x 0.87" objective lens, which provides a larger sight picture and promotes better situational awareness. Like all of Holosun's current reflex sights, the HE507COMP features Shake Awake Technology. This instantly activates the optic when motion is detected and deactivates it when no motion is detected after 10 minutes.

I've used Trijicon and Vortex red dot sights on a couple of different pistol platforms, and when I got a new gun and needed another sight, I thought I would try this one. The shake awake feature is something that needs to be on all red dots. My others don't have this feature and I think it's very important on either a carry gun or something that you compete with. I also like the ability to change reticles to suit the target I am shooting. It's not something to do on the fly, but it is an option like between stages. All in all, I had heard good things about this sight, and I am not disappointed. It's one of those things that if the price was higher, it would still be worth it.

Matches nicely to the 510c on my 10/22, The 507Comp is on a Volquartsen Black Mamba X and like the 510c, is the perfect sight for Steel Challenge competitions. Both utilize the dot and large circle for excellent target acquisition.

Holosun is the best and this 507 Comp is the bomb. Used it at a local match and it preformed as expected and that is perfect. Sight was pretty much on zero, just had to adjust the elevation for my local shooting clubs distance and we were off to the races. The option for different reticle's and the window size makes acquiring the target almost childsplay. Definitely fights above its weight and for the price cannot be beat.
