SKB’s rSeries 6416-8 Case was designed for the safe storage and transportation of .50 Caliber Rifles, or other large-bore rifles up to 62” in length. Like all of the cases in the rSeries, the 641608 Case is built to exacting military standards. The outer shell is constructed from roto-molded LLDPE, a material with excellent resistance to impacts, solvents, corrosion, fungus, and UV light exposer. The rSeries cases also utilize stainless steel latches and heavy duty hinges, as well as locking hasps for the use of padlocks. Other features of the rSeries 6416-8 Case include roller blade style wheels, and a cushioned rubber over-molded carry and tow handles for easy transportation. In addition, the rSeries 6416-8 Case is dust-proof and waterproof, and features pressure relief/breather valves.
