This is a good rifle from Sako. Sako is coming out with a new version so the older version on sale at EuroOptic is a bargin. After shooting for a while, here are my thoughts:
PROs: 1) Very accurate. 2) Very modular especially the Precision version. You can modify it with a variety of Sako and aftermarket accessories. 3) Mags are polymer but great and cheap. 4) Manual of arms is easy.
CONs: 1) It is heavy even in the Hunter version. If you are using a 30-06 or less, get the Tikka. 2) Stock is cheap feeling but it works. 3) Picatinny rail does not have built in 20 MOA cant.
Overall, I highly recommend this rifle.

Love this gun. I have both Hunter and Tactical Stock types.
Sako accuracy out of the box; Silky smooth bolt action; Cold Forge Barrel - no break-in required; Excellent bedding and frame structure; and Included Sako Muzzle Break is clean fit/finish and effective.
Great Sako S20 accessories: Factory Optilok scope mount base come in 0, or 20 MOA and together with Sako S20 Rings provide very solid scope mount. Adjustable cheek piece found on both stock type works smooth and precisely. Available S20 10-round magazines, M-lok Monopod, Stock spacers; ARCA and Picatinny rails.....all fit and perform beautifully.

Bought this rifle on the close out sale and what a deal at $999. Shot a half inch group with ease with factory match ammo. It liked the Hornady 195 open tip Match ammo. Shot that at 100 then straight to 800. First round impact dead center its like cheating its so easy. Barrel is fast shot this at 3k out the muzzle box velocity said 2930 so I’m happy with that. Working up loads with 215 Berger hybrids with very promising results can’t wait to take to a mile.

Super smooth bolt, very crisp trigger. Gun stock design handles recoil well. Does have a plastic “feel” to it. Took it out with a box of Norma 139 grain evo-strike. (Bought it cheap for brass to reload) all groups at 100 yards shot just under an inch. Shot a group at 200 yards just over an inch. Looking forward to reloading heavier projectiles and working up a load for it. Overall very impressed with the design and quality.

I bought my s20 300wm from europtics and recieved it on 11/30/23..took it to range, shot5 different loads and bullets, all under an inch with one exception...84 grains of h4831sc with a 125grain hornady sst shot .3 at a 100...what was surprisingly pleasant was the recoil...I had a sako 85 that would punish you but the percision stock was awesome...love how the rifle felt taking the shot...great addition to my collection. Europtic was awesome to work with was professional and fast service

This is a great rifle. Was shooting 225 eldm at 2829 fps. I was so pleased when I shot sub half moa group with 5 shots.

I wanted the 308win but sold out and understandable...these rifle shoot outstanding...I got the 300wm instead, with hesitation but after I shot it, was extremely satisfied with the accuracy right out of the box...just breaking the barrel in with hornady sst 125 and the nosler accuracy loads with h4831sc, I shot .3" at 150yards...after break in I put the 180gr nosler accubond using the accuracy load with imr4350 and it also shot .3" at 150 yards...thought the precision stock would be bulky but found out it's not all that bad ...feels great to me...again, eurooptics had a great price on the rifle I couldn't turn down

This rifle looks and feels like a 400 dollar Cabela rifle. no kidding. The stock is so freaking cheap looking and feels hollow. I have not shot it yet but they tell me it is a good shooter. It just doesnt have the feel and look of a quality rifle. And this is coming from a big Sako fan.
