The Steiner DRS1X or Defendu Reflex Sight is made for rapid and lethal target engagement at close quarters. Perfect for tactical operations or home defense, this 1x battle sight offers three reticle options calibrated at 7, 25, and 50 yards for speed and accuracy. The DRS1X is lightweight, compact, and simple to use but can take a beating with its rugged magnesium body and Steiner Heritage Warranty.

I bought it because I wanted something different from Aimpoint & EoTech, but well suited for closer range (defense) engagements. I have to say I am quite impressed with the product. It feels right at home on my CZ Scorpion Evo 3, and it makes hitting my targets rather effortless. Steiner quality at an affordable price, commonly available batteries, three different reticles. How can you beat it?

Purchased a DRS1X from Eurooptic. Processing and shipping was quick. Recieved the DRS1X and unfortunately it had damage from factory and would not fasten down all the way to a Picatinny mount without biting into the housing of the optic and even then still had significant wobble. Steiner usually makes a great product but with the lack of reviews online and the poor QC in the optic I purchased I cant recommend it. Eurooptic CS is awesome and processed a return immediately.
