I do think that this optic has to be the very best money can buy and there is no need to purchase any other brand on the market by far. It will last more than a lifetime and produces camera quality viewing well after sunset. Leica is top of the food chain.

This was a great buy from Eurooptic! The glass and quality are world class and would get 5 stars easily except for one flaw. The reticle cross hair is very thick, which makes long range shooting less than optimum and the clicks on the turrets are not as clean as they should be. For the price point, however, it can not be beat!

Great optic. On a par with other top end optics. Adjustment clicks are not crisp or scope would be a five.

I just received my 3-15x56 ER5 from Eurooptic and let me tell you, I'm quite impressed. As a low light junkie I have a Trijicon Accupoint (56mm) , Zeiss Conquest HD5 (50mm) a Leupold VX5HD (56mm) and a Leupold VX3i (50mm). Tonight I compared my current low-light King (VX5HD) and the ER5 really kept up pace. I would say optical quality is almost on par with my VX5HD, the VX5HD gets the edge due to the illuminated dot though. Onkh other complaint is the eye box on the ER5 was smaller than the Leupold. The ER5 is also a big longer and bulkier. For the current price, buy an ER5 or two and you will be quite happy! Good job Leica!
