I ordered the ta33 with the green horseshoe at first, I placed my order and within thirty minutes I received a phone call to verify my order (I guess because I paid for one day shipping). I still that was pretty good they made sure everything was right as to not have any problems with the shipping. I checked to scope out when it arrived at everything looked great. I mounted it to my gun, didn’t have time to shoot with it but as I went to put it in my safe I happened to look through the scope and couldn’t see the reticle, AT ALL. I know “they” say you have to let your eyes adjust to the dark, so there I was standing in the a dark adjusting my eyes and guess what, still couldn’t see it. Now I didn’t know it this was something trijicon would take care of Europtic so I called trijicon(europtic is closed on Mondays) and they told me to contact my point of purchase as this would probably be faster to getting the scope fixed. So I called Europtic Tuesday morning, I talked with Kyle who was divert helpful. He sent me a return order by email and I shipped it back. When it arrived Kyle was out of town but Eric took a look at my scope and said it was defective. I decided in the mean time that I’d rather have the green chevron instead of the horseshoe. Eric asked me if I wanted a refund or if I wanted a new scope. Of course I wanted a new scope! So I asked if I could just get the green chevron instead and he said sure. They shipped it out and I had the scope by the end of the week. I tried it out before I mounted this one and it works awesome. Europtic took care of me and made sure I got what I paid for. These guys are awesome and when/if you call them you get to talk to a real person not a bunch of recordings and such. If you want any kind of optic don’t hesitate to order from these guys, I know this experience has made me a return customer for sure.
