Never owned any of the high dollar Alpha scopes, so not comparing to those...but this is a vast improvement over the Rifleman, Buckmaster, and Redfields I own. The ballistic program is excellent, and the reticle is easy to use. Clicks are consistent, and holds zero. I already bought another.

bought this scope about 10 months ago and after the first zero on a 7mm mag Browning, it still holds true out to 600 yards (all I could get). The word must be out because I bought mine way back @ $339. !!! one of the best, clearest scopes I have owned. And a super deal!
