Most of the time you hear from customers when things turn south - but every once in a while, you get it right and someone lets you know it. Those are the instances when it feels good, so I'm going to share one of our recent Success Stories...in customer service.
Marty from Seattle writes us:
I needed extra magazines for a tournament and have had difficulty getting the ones I want at the price I want. I contacted my firearms manufacturer and asked about compatibility of the Accuracy International 338 Lapua Magnum magazine. They directed me to the AICS 10-rd magazines and I promptly bought two. Once I received them it was easy to see they were exactly what I ordered and wrong. This was not EuroOptic's fault. I called them up thinking I would be out a large amount of money and trying to sell them elsewhere. Customer service was amazing. They set up an RMA and away my mags went back to where they came within an hour of me receiving them. Roughly 36 hours after shipping my mistake back I called customer service. They confirmed receipt and I asked if they could use some of my refund balance (cost difference) to expedite the shipment back to me of the correct magazines. They quickly and easily took care of this for me. They were extremely easy to work with and as I said - I was working off bad info from the manufacturer.
It may seem like this is a no-brainer but there are a lot of businesses out there that not only don't have great customer service but also don't think outside the box. This was a win win for us both.
These guys rock. I would not only use them again but also highly recommend their business.
