The 720 G3 is an improved version of one of CZ USA’s most popular shotguns. The receiver has been redesigned to ensure a positive, more secure connection to the fore-end, and the overall geometry has been improved for greater durability. The 720 G3’s controls have been optimized for superior ergonomics. This is evident in the oversized charging handle and bolt release for easier manipulations when wearing gloves or in adverse conditions. The safety and bolt lock are also enhanced for improved operation. The safety is positioned in the front of the trigger guard rather than the rear making the 720 G3 more friendly to left-handed shooters, and the bolt lock is located on the side of the receiver instead of the shell carrier for more positive operation. Just like its predecessor, the 720 G3 uses the same renowned gas-operated system which offers both reliability and reduced recoil. Reliability is further enhanced thanks to a pair of interchangeable gas pistons – one for light loads and one of heavy loads – allowing the 720 G3 to easily cycle a massive assortment of different shells. Other features of the 720 G3 include a set of shims, which can be used to finely adjust the gun to create the perfect fit.
