Huskemaw’s 1-6x24mm Tactical Riflescope makes long-range shots easy and features a wide array of patented features and innovations. The 1-6x24mm Tactical Riflescope is ideal for law enforcement applications, use on AR-platforms, and hunting rifles chambered in straight-wall cartridges. It comes equipped with a unique windage-enabled BDC turret system, which allows the shooter to accurately dial for both windage and elevation from a single turret. The turret’s distance/elevation is marked in yards rather than MOA/MRAD, allowing the shooter to set to turret to the range of the target. Directly above the distance/elevation markings are a numbers that represent windage adjustment. The windage-enabled BDC turret works in conjunction with the Huskemaw-exclusive Hunt Smart Reticle, which is composed of a precise center dot in the middle of a crosshair, with hashmarks on the horizontal plane. The hashmarks are MOA based, and correspond to a full wind value of 10 miles per hour, allowing the shooter to use the windage-enabled BDC turret to indicate which MOA hashmark to hold into the wind. The effectiveness of the windage-enabled BDC turret and Hunt Smart Reticle is maximized thanks to Huskemaw’s patented Rapid Field Ballistic Compensator Turret System. This unique system takes into account factors such as wind speed, bullet weight/velocity, shooter elevation (above sea level), and temperature which is collected in the field, and then processed by Huskemaw’s Online TrueBC Program. Once the information is collected and processed, the shooter can simply acquire the range of their target, measure the wind speed, dial the windage-enabled BDC turret to match the target’s range, and use the corresponding hash mark in the reticle as a hold over point. This eliminates the need for complex calculations and dope cards, increases long-range accuracy, and doubles the maximum effective range.
In addition to its one-of-a-kind turret/reticle system, the 1-6x24mm Tactical Riflescope is constructed using components of the best possible quality. Lenses are made using German F2 Schott glass with high-density coatings, giving the Tactical Riflescope outstanding resolution, color fidelity, and edge-to-edge clarity. The lenses are also grooved and bedded using a proprietary adhesive, allowing the Tactical Riflescope to easily stand up to extreme recoil. The body of the Tactical Riflescope is made from a single piece of aircraft grade aluminum, and the internal springs are constructed from titanium to ensure flawless tracking.
