The windage-enabled BDC turret works in conjunction with the Huskemaw-exclusive Hunt Smart Reticle, which is composed of a precise center crosshair, with hashmarks on the horizontal plane. The hashmarks are MOA based, and correspond to a full wind value of 10 miles per hour, allowing the shooter to use the windage-enabled BDC turret to indicate which MOA hashmark to hold into the wind. The effectiveness of the windage-enabled BDC turret and Hunt Smart Reticle is maximized thanks to Huskemaw’s patented Rapid Field Ballistic Compensator (RFBC). This unique system takes into account factors such as wind speed, bullet weight/velocity, shooter elevation (above sea level), and temperature which is collected in the field, and then processed by Huskemaw’s Online TrueBC Program. Once the information is collected and processed, the shooter can simply acquire the range of their target, measure the wind speed, dial the windage-enabled BDC turret to match the target’s range, and use the corresponding hash mark in the reticle as a hold over point. This eliminates the need for complex calculations and dope cards, increases long-range accuracy, and doubles the maximum effective range.

Lenses are made using German F2 Schott glass with high-density coatings, giving the Tactical Hunter Riflescope outstanding resolution, color fidelity, and edge-to-edge clarity.
