First I’d like to say I think someone at Eurooptic messed up and grabbed the wrong box. If there is a blemish on this scope, I can’t find it. If you’re spending Atacr money, you probably know what you’re getting into if you’re looking at this optic. Pros: The illumination on this scope is absolutely stupid bright. Like you could stare at the sun and still see the dot bright. It is absolutely as bright as my T2 and gives silly fast target acquisition at 1x. I love this reticle. My local range only goes to 350 yards, so I haven’t had the opportunity to stretch it out yet, but it’s very easy to use and provides a ton of information without feeling cluttered. The optic feels sturdy enough that you could use it as a hammer and it would probably return to zero just fine. The glass clarity is unreal. It feels like you’re looking at stuff in 4k through the optic. Cons: The Atacr certainly suffers from a limited FOV. It’s not unusable tight, but certainly could be better. The magnification adjustment is stiff. Not first Gen Razor stiff but pretty stiff nonetheless. Installing the little nub is a must in my unprofessional opinion. I hate how the entire rear objective spins when magnification is adjusted. I want my scope cover to stay in one place, but it spins with it and it’s moderately annoying. Not a con but an item of note, if you’re going to run a 12 o’clock mounted RMR, a spacer will likely be required depending on your mount. This optic currently sits in a Reptilia mount on my rifle and the elevation turret is just tall enough it bugs me without a spacer. TL/DR: I would buy another one at this price point. The glass clarity and reticle choice fully outweighs any of the cons.
