Awesome Scope with great glass and solid turrets. This is used on a hunting rig and I'm impressed with the reticle. I have 1st focal NX8s and the reticles can be difficult to use during low light while on lower magnification. It does not appear I'll have the same issues with this one. I've bought a few Demo Optics now and they all look brand new. Shipping is awesome! Used the standard option and I actually received the scope in less than 24 hours from the time I placed my order.

I was a bit nervous as I've never purchased an optic as a floor model but once I received it, l was amazed how perfect the condition was. The NX8 2.5x20x50 F2 scope itself is perfect for my 6.8 SPC II Wilson Combat setup. I wanted the shorter profile but have good range and field of view. The NX8 lineup was the answer. The glass is super clear as all NF scopes are. The MOAR-CF2 reticle did not disappoint.

A very, very good scope! I think the only thing I would change on this scope is the ability to have a floating crosshairs center in the reticle like the F1. Perhaps both could be offered on each focal plane model... That said, it’s just a personal preference as the dot markers work very well and never seem too big or small. Honestly, the scope is just fantastic and I really had to nitpick to come up with anything besides glowing praise. On to that... The glass is very clear and focus is maintained well upon large magnification changes. The scope is built like a tank, with great controls and a large objective lens that gathers light well. Check out how Nightforce tests each scope if you want to have piece of mind. I’m not even installing iron sights on my .308 AR because I can’t imagine much I could do to my rifle that would break this scope. This scope really does a lot, 2.5X-20X covers a wide range of uses and their is even enough focus at very close range. I was able to zoom, with sharp focus, all the way up to 20X across my kitchen into my dining room at just 30 feet. At 30 feet, the illumination dot just covers a standard switchplate screw. Honestly, I think this scope will outperform 99% of the folks who buy it.

So don't ask me about glas it's amazing no question about it the rest of it it's Nightforce quality. Works very well positive clicks zero stop is awesome and its not heavy u can use it for hunting and for long range shoting. And I got mine when it was on sale very happy with this purchase
